Pan-EU Youth ambassadors invited to the Sustainable Development Seminar

In partnership with European Schoolnet and the Insafe network, Vivendi has created Pan-EU Youth, an online platform which offers young Europeans a space for self-expression and discussion of citizenship issues. During Vivendi’s Sustainable Development Seminar, a group of ambassadors aged 14-19 moderated the session dedicated to young people and digital life, and presented their initiatives aimed at raising Internet awareness on the web.

Left: Young Czech national Tereza Ondrácková has created a website dedicated to informing children of Internet safety issues. She feels that intercultural exchanges play a fundamental role in her personal development.

Right: At the age of only 14, young Slovak Lubos Pernis has founded an online magazine, designed to help teenagers make best use of the latest technology. This maestro of digital media shares his opinions on the role the Internet plays in facilitating dialogue and learning about different cultures.
