The Carré plans

With the launch of free, new, practical services designed to make day-to-day life easier, SFR is continuing the support it began providing customers at its 840 Espace SFR outlets a year ago with the creation of the Carré plans.

SFR is the only operator that allows customers to try out their new phone over a 15-day trial period. If the phone does not meet their needs, they may exchange it free-of-charge at an Espace SFR outlet. Moreover, regardless of the problem encountered (loss, breakage and theft, for example, not just malfunctions), the operator goes beyond market standards and immediately lends the customer a mobile phone for one month free-of-charge so that he or she can stay within reach. In the event that their modem malfunctions, and after customer service conducts a diagnostic check via telephone, customers can immediately exchange it free of charge at the nearest Espace SFR outlet. With this service, the problem is resolved very quickly and customers can resume the use of their ADSL service (Internet, TV and telephone) without delay. SFR also offers customers wishing to acquire a new smartphone or tablet computer the option of getting a new one every 24 months at the lowest price – an offer previously reserved only for new customers. If there is no renewal, the rate for their plan is automatically lowered.  

With the widest network (98.5% of the population covered as of late March 2012, and access to the widest network of wi-fi hotspots, Femto Cell), 21 Mbit/s speed made available to all its mobile customers, a distribution network of 840 Espace SFR outlets and extensive customer support, SFR provides comprehensive, top-notch service to all its ADSL and mobile customers.
