SFR’s action plans

espace SFRIn the changing French mobile market, which has been impacted by the addition of a fourth operator, SFR has launched a program to adapt its offers to match customers’ perception of value. It is therefore restructuring its various offers to reflect new market conditions. The goal is to boost its price-quality positioning by highlighting its network quality and the excellence of its customer service as provided through “espace SFR” in all the territory, 12,000 telephone advisors, 5,000 sellers. It also intends to develop its customer base and, more specifically, its subscriber base by adjusting its rates via a segmented approach.   

At the same time, SFR plans to systematically re-examine both its operating and investment costs.  

These various projects have been overseen by Jean-Bernard Lévy. Stéphane Roussel, appointed Chairman and CEO of SFR on June 28, 2012, actually supervises it. Senior Executive Vive President, Human resources of Vivendi, is very familiar with SFR where he previously worked. He has closely followed the execution of the transformation plan and will serve as Chairman and CEO of the company during the transition period.
